PRICING

As the customer, you agree that all prices are subject to change and the price to be paid is finalized on-site after a service professional evaluates the vehicle and confirms all services, vehicle types, and any add-ons. Any listed price is based on Kingdom Detailing’s prior experience and information provided by the customer and excludes an inspection. If during the course of providing a service, it is apparent that the actual cost of the service will exceed the quote provided by Kingdom Detailing, Kingdom Detailing will provide the customer with the option to pay an increased fee to complete the service or pay the quoted amount without the full service being completed.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Customers are required to cancel their appointment within 24 hours of the booked service time. Any cancellation without a 24 hour notice is subject to a $25 late cancellation fee. The customer will receive an invoice through text/email with the specified cancellation charge and is responsible for payment the day of cancellation.

SATISFACTION GUARENTEE

Kingdom Detailing always strives for an excellent experience with every service; however, if you are dissatisfied for any reason with the service provided, you agree to inform Kingdom Detailing within 48 hours after the service is completed. If we are informed within 48 hours after the completed service, the customer will be able to book a free re-detailing within the next 3 business days. All outstanding balances must be paid before a free re-detailing can be booked.

CUSTOMER INTERACTION POLICY

Kingdom Detailing professionals need a distraction free environment to give the best service possible. We understand customers might want to watch the detailing process, or interact with the professional; however, this is not allowed while the service is being completed. Any customers causing distractions, micro-managing, hovering, giving advice, invading work space, etc., will be charged an additional $25 fee, and the professional might need additional time to complete your service. If the customer continues to violate this policy, they will be flagged in the system after two violation fees, and will not be allowed to continue receiving services from Kingdom Detailing.

EXTREME CONDITIONS

If Kingdom Detailing deems your vehicle to be in extreme condition, our Kingdom Detailing professionals will not be able to detail your vehicle based on our normal packages or, in our allotted appointment time periods. An extreme detail will be charged a set price per hour. The customer will need to provide clear pictures before service can be completed, in order to give the most accurate cost and time estimates.

SERVICE LOCATIONS

Kingdom Detailing is based out of West Point, Georgia and has no travel fees for customers within 30 miles of the owner’s home address in West Point. Any service booked that is more than 30 miles away but, less than 50 miles, will be charged a travel fee of $1.50/per mile, over 30 miles. Any customer outside of 50 miles from the owner’s base location will be determined on a per case bases but, are subjected to additional travel fees.

PERSONAL BELONGINGS

Kingdom Detailing is only responsible for the vehicle and/or any part(s) of the vehicle. However, Kingdom Detailing is not responsible for the loss of, or damage of any personal items left inside the vehicle. Please remove any personal items before the appointment. Kingdom Detailing professionals will do their best to collect all objects or belongings prior to starting our detailing process and will leave it in the trunk of the vehicle in an orderly fashion.

PAYMENT TERMS

The customer agrees to pay Kingdom Detailing in full when the service is complete unless otherwise agreed upon through writing. Kingdom Detailing is authorized to receive payment in the form of card, cash, and online payments. No checks will be accepted. All outstanding invoices 1 day and over are subject to a late payment fee of $25 plus any outstanding balance. If no payment is received within 1 day after service is completed, the customer authorizes Kingdom Detailing to charge the customer’s card on file, with the full service amount plus a $25 late payment fee.

MONTHLY SERVICES

Kingdom Detailing applies a discount for monthly clients; however, the first month of service must be completed at the full price. The first month will not have any applied discounts. All discounted rates begin and continue in the second month and beyond. The customer can choose to cancel the monthly details after at least 3 months of service. This service does not have an ending date, unless either party decides the service cannot continue for any given reasons.

TIPPING

Kingdom Detailing professionals do not expect or require tips but, they are greatly appreciated. We accept tips through cash or through our online payment platform. If giving a tip online, please add the amount to your total while paying for your service.

COUPONS/OFFERS/DISCOUNTS

All coupons must be submitted during booking an appointment online. Kingdom Detailing will charge the customer the full price for services if the customer did not notify Kingdom Detailing about a coupon at the time of booking. Any and all coupons or offers only can be used once or at the limitation set by Kingdom Detailing and can not be combined with any other coupons or offers Kingdom Detailing is offering at the time. Limit 1 per customer. Referral discount codes can be used one time per household and only if a referral scheduled a detailing appointment with us.

ONLINE PROMOTIONS AND GIVEAWAYS

All online promotions and giveaways are for US residents only. Online promotions and giveaways are not sponsored by the platforms they are shared on. This might include but, is not limited to: Facebook or other social media platforms. If applicable, online promotions and giveaway end dates will be stated in the online posts or emails. Winners will be announced online on our social media channels and will be contacted via available methods, which will include but not be limited to text messages, email, or direct messaging on social media.

SERVICES NOT COVERED

  • Removal of vehicle seats and cleaning of seat tracks (unless it is necessary for the removal of mold or mildew in an extreme detail)

  • Clean up of bodily fluids 

  • Glove box and center console compartment (Unless emptied prior to service)

  • Spare tire area

  • Undercarriage of vehicle

  • Carseats or underneath carseats (unless the carseat is taken out by owner, and/or a carseat service Is booked separately.)
