FAMILY FLEET CARE MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT & TERMS OF SERVICE

Effective Upon Enrollment:

These Membership Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern participation in any Family Fleet Care Membership offered by Kingdom Detailing ("Company"). By enrolling in a membership, the Client ("Member") agrees to the following terms.

1. OUR MISSION

Kingdom Detailing exists to provide professional, convenient vehicle care services for busy households through recurring Family Fleet Care Memberships.

Our goal is to help families maintain clean, presentable vehicles year-round while eliminating the burden of routine vehicle cleaning and maintenance.

2. MEMBERSHIP PLANS

Single Vehicle Care

One (1) enrolled vehicle

$179/month

Family Fleet Care

Up to Two (2) enrolled vehicles

$349/month

Executive Fleet Care

Up to Three (3) enrolled vehicles

$499/month

Legacy Fleet Care

Up to Four (4) enrolled vehicles

$649/month

3. FOUNDING MEMBER STATUS

The first fifteen (15) households enrolled in Family Fleet Care Memberships may be designated as Founding Members at the sole discretion of Kingdom Detailing.

Founding Members receive:

  • Locked-in membership pricing

  • Lifetime price protection

  • Priority scheduling consideration

Lifetime pricing remains valid only while membership remains active and uninterrupted.

If membership is canceled or lapses for any reason, Founding Member pricing may be forfeited.

Kingdom Detailing reserves the right to discontinue the Founding Member program at any time after the first fifteen households have been enrolled.

4. SERVICES INCLUDED

Membership services may include:

Interior Maintenance

  • Air compressor blowout

  • Vacuuming

  • Floor mat cleaning

  • Door jamb cleaning

  • Interior surface cleaning

  • Interior window cleaning

Exterior Maintenance

  • Wheel cleaning

  • Exterior wash

  • Ceramic maintenance spray application

  • Towel drying

  • Tire dressing

  • Wheel/rim finishing

  • Exterior window cleaning

Service methods and products may change from time to time at the discretion of Kingdom Detailing.

5. SERVICE FREQUENCY

Each enrolled vehicle receives one maintenance service per calendar month.

Unused services:

  • Do not roll over

  • Have no cash value

  • Are forfeited if not completed during the applicable service cycle

6. SCHEDULING

Kingdom Detailing operates by appointment only.

To maximize efficiency and keep membership pricing competitive, Members agree that appointments may be scheduled according to route density and neighborhood service days.

Kingdom Detailing reserves the right to:

  • Adjust service dates

  • Modify routes

  • Consolidate appointments

while making reasonable efforts to accommodate Member preferences.

7. SERVICE AREAS

Membership service is currently available within Kingdom Detailing's designated service territory (30 Miles from West Point, GA).

Service areas may be modified at the Company's discretion.

Additional travel fees may apply outside standard service areas ($1.50 per mile).

8. PAYMENT TERMS

A valid credit or debit card must be maintained on file.

By enrolling, the Member authorizes Kingdom Detailing to charge the payment method on file upon completion of each monthly service.

Payment is due immediately upon processing.

9. FAILED PAYMENTS

If payment fails:

  • Member will be notified.

  • Payment must be resolved within seven (7) calendar days.

Failure to resolve payment may result in:

  • Suspension of future services

  • Membership cancellation

  • Loss of Founding Member status

  • Loss of grandfathered pricing

10. PRICE STABILITY

Kingdom Detailing intends to maintain stable membership pricing.

However, Kingdom Detailing reserves the right to modify pricing for future memberships at any time.

Existing Founding Members will retain their protected pricing as outlined in Section 3.

11. VEHICLE ACCESS REQUIREMENTS

Members agree to provide:

  • Safe access to enrolled vehicles

  • Reasonable workspace

  • Vehicle keys if necessary

Members are responsible for removing:

  • Valuables

  • Firearms

  • Illegal substances

  • Sensitive documents

  • Fragile personal items

Kingdom Detailing is not responsible for personal items left in vehicles.

12. MISSED APPOINTMENTS

If a Member is unavailable at the scheduled appointment time:

  • Kingdom Detailing will attempt to reschedule.

  • Repeated missed appointments may result in forfeiture of Fleet Care Membership.

Membership fees remain due regardless of missed appointments caused by Member unavailability.

13. WEATHER POLICY

As a mobile service provider, Kingdom Detailing may postpone appointments due to:

  • Rain

  • Lightning

  • Severe storms

  • Extreme temperatures

  • Unsafe working conditions

Rescheduled appointments will be completed as soon as reasonably possible.

14. PRE-EXISTING CONDITIONS

Kingdom Detailing is not responsible for:

  • Existing scratches

  • Paint defects

  • Oxidation

  • Clear coat failure

  • Stains

  • Tears

  • Cracks

  • Mechanical issues

  • Electrical issues

  • Manufacturing defects

Membership services are maintenance services and are not intended to correct existing damage.

15. SATISFACTION GUARANTEE

If a Member believes a service concern exists, Kingdom Detailing must be notified within twenty-four (24) hours of service completion.

Kingdom Detailing will be given an opportunity to inspect and address the concern before refunds or credits are considered.

16. REFERRAL PROGRAM

Kingdom Detailing may offer referral incentives from time to time.

Referral rewards:

  • Are promotional in nature

  • Have no cash value unless expressly stated

  • May be modified or discontinued at any time

Current referral benefits, if any, are described separately from this Agreement.

17. MEMBERSHIP CANCELLATION

Members may cancel at any time.

Cancellation requests must be submitted before the next scheduled service cycle.

No cancellation fees apply.

Services already completed remain payable in full.

Membership benefits terminate upon cancellation.

18. TERMINATION OF SERVICE

Kingdom Detailing reserves the right to terminate service immediately for:

  • Abusive behavior

  • Harassment

  • Unsafe conditions

  • Fraudulent activity

  • Repeated payment failures

  • Repeated scheduling conflicts

Termination decisions are made at the sole discretion of the Company.

19. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

Kingdom Detailing's liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to a claim.

Kingdom Detailing shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect damages

  • Consequential damages

  • Loss of use

  • Lost income

  • Diminished value claims

  • Pre-existing conditions

20. ACT OF GOD CLAUSE

Kingdom Detailing shall not be liable for delays or interruptions caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including:

  • Natural disasters

  • Severe weather

  • Equipment failure

  • Government actions

  • Travel disruptions

  • Emergencies

  • Illness

21. NO GUARANTEE OF SPECIFIC RESULTS

Vehicle condition varies significantly based on:

  • Driving habits

  • Environmental exposure

  • Vehicle usage

  • Storage conditions

Kingdom Detailing does not guarantee specific cosmetic outcomes beyond performing services with professional care and reasonable skill.

SERVICES NOT COVERED

  • Removal of vehicle seats and cleaning of seat tracks (unless it is necessary for the removal of mold or mildew in an extreme detail)

  • Clean up of bodily fluids 

  • Glove box and center console compartment (Unless emptied prior to service)

  • Spare tire area

  • Undercarriage of vehicle

  • Carseats or underneath carseats (unless the carseat is taken out by owner, and/or a carseat service Is booked separately.)

22. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

This Agreement constitutes the complete understanding between Kingdom Detailing and the Member.

Any modifications must be made in writing by Kingdom Detailing.
